Doc was the 1st Tampa Bay used car dealer to sell on eBay back in 1999. Soon afterward serious auction fraud infested the new venue. Doc started the website ebaymotorssucks.com in 2004 to warn consumers about car scams. Doc's observations are backed up with empirical evidence and will make an excellent book. Possibly an investigative reporter will take my story on.
